It was cloudy, but not too cold in this morning, so it was comfortable morning. Route 5 was moderately firm and I enjoyed drawing ski tracks on the corduroy patterns. Because of a weekday on January, visitors came late and I saw a few people before I took on Line-C.

The visibility got worse because of the fog while taking Line-E, but it didn’t disturb skiing. The powdery snow was groomed nicely flat at Panorama and about 1 cm of fresh snow piled up. Skies were running well and I enjoyed skiing fast.

It was in powdery snow condition even at the upper part of Route 8. Then 3-5cm of the fresh snow covered stiff foundation at Route 2, non-groomed steep slope. It seemed difficult that the slope got rugged because of the snow pushed by the edges of the skies, but actually it was in good condition to ski because the foundation was almost flat.

Although the upper part at groomed Route 1 was moderately firm and in good condition to ski, the bottom part was hard. Whenever players skied down the bottom, we heard noises of the edges chafing against the snow.
