It was raining hard at the bottom area but it was sleeting at the upper part of the ski area includes West Mt. and North Mt.. Even though wind blew lightly and less people were on the slope, it was not that cold as long as I wore a waterproof jacket and I could spend time at the slope comfortably.

Course 5-A was groomed pretty good but covered with the wet fresh snow and skies were not running, so it was a difficult condition. At Chuoh area which was almost vacant, the snowboarders of OGASAKA and the teachers from AZ Professional Snowboarding School were on training camp.

Maruyama which was used for training camp and Course 1-A were groomed beautifully and snow melted soft. In a bad condition caused by rain, the instructor made great turns in front of me and I got completely attracted.

I could go down faster at Ippon Buna Downhill Course which was groomed pretty good. From 10:00 a.m., customers started to ride on No.6 Quad and went down Ippon Buna Downhill Course.
