Thanks to the snowfall from yesterday to this morning, the parking area had 25cm fresh snow. When I got to Alps-daira by Tele-cabin which was open at 8:15 a.m. as scheduled, there was a lull in snowing. The fresh slopes along Alps No.3 Pair made me excited even before dropping.

Technical Course had about 50cm deep fluffy snow!! Of course, my skis did not touch the bottom of the slope and I could enjoy a feel of floating. Both of quality and quantity was the best in this season and I heard shouts of joy from everywhere.

The ungroomed areas in Alps-daira got filled with ski tracks soon, however, we could enjoy riding for a long while because of the good snow. By the way, sometimes it got foggy, but it did not matter for skiing.

The groomed slopes of Panorama and Grand Prix Course were nicely soft and flat. We could made turns comfortably, kicking the 3cm fresh snow on the slope. 3 people from Shizuoka showed me smiles and said, “This snow is worth coming, even if we had a work today!”
