We have 2 straight sunny days. It was freezing but quite calm because of a radiative cooling and the cold air felt comfortable. The snow in Grand Prix Course and Panorama Course was compacted widely and the morning sun was shining quietly.

It was less busy today than yesterday. The frost of trees had completely gone yesterday morning but the slope was too fine to believe it is still at the begging of December. Ski tracks were made in Panorama course afterwards.

A visitor from Tokyo who gave me the watchword was making rhythmical turns. “It’s first time to ski here in this season and I didn’t expect the quality of snow is that good like this!” He said so excitedly.
[Grand Prix Course]
The field was still brown even at the bottom of Hakuba so you won’t know how much it snowed and how good the quality of snow is unless you come to the top of the mountain. Piste Crowler were working in Soft-cream course from the midnight to early in the morning. Iimori ski area will be open this weekend, Dec 9th (Sat).
