The clouds were moving fast from the north to south. It was blowing a strong wind in the upper part of the ski area, but the sunlight was very warm. The blue sky spread out at around 9:00 a.m. when No.4 Pair started the operation and it made a beautiful contrast with the frosted trees.

The official amount of snowfall was just 5cm. However, there was about 30cm fresh snow in Tree Area and I could enjoy the feel of floating. When people skied down with high spray of snow, I heard cheers from the lift.

A lot of ski tracks were made on the fresh slope in the trees one after another. In the upper part of Mt. Hieda Course 1, there were deep bumps under the 5－10cm fresh snow. The central part of the lower area was groomed and covered with 5cm fresh snow.

Itadaira Course was groomed well with 10cm fresh snow on and in good condition. Today was an ideal day for skiing and people got excited like people from Aichi Pref. This morning, I got much more watchwords, “We always enjoy your reports!” than usual.
