We have had typical sunny days since Aug. 6 (Tue) (=sunny morning and afternoon shower). The reception at WOW! started before 9 a.m. when the park opened. In addition to Amidasu, which is normally popular from the morning, Tobidasu and Kabedasu were also popular from the morning as it’s summer period.

At Kabedasu, you’ll first put on a safety harness, get a brief explanation and try climbing a bit and descending using an auto belay. Then, let’s try climbing a vertical 10 meter – wall! For your information, the 2-hour ticket (adult: 2,000 yen, child: 1,500 yen) is unavailable during Obon-period as significant congestion is expected (※ Only normal ticket (one trial, 800 yen) is available.)

Tobidasu, where you can enjoy the fast slide riding on the air tube, was especially crowded today. Many parents were taking photos/videos beside the airbag.

Pochadasu, which is open only during summer, started to get crowded around 10 a.m. when it was getting hot.The water was cold with the temperature at 18 ℃ as the mountain stream flows into the pond, which was nice to cool down after enjoying on the float. Those who are not good at swimming, please don’t worry as life jackets are prepared.

Lots of children were having fun at Amidasu. They were rolling around on the trampoline on the third floor with laughter. Athletic facilities on the first and second floor were also crowded. Please hydrate yourselves and take breaks as you’ll sweat a lot.
