Tsugaike Nature Park / Sunny & Cloudy2018.Sep.29

18092901_tsugaikeOne group went to Tsugaike Nature Park and another went to Hakuba Oike for the report while the sun was appearing, although it was a long autumn rainy season and the typhoon No.24 was approaching. The eastern slope of Mt. Hakuba Norikura with red, yellow and orange leaves beautifully stood out when the sunshine cast over. I heard people coming and going saying “Amazing!”.

18092902_tsugaikeI found some beautiful Nanakamado on my way from the entrance of the trail to the eastern slope of Mt.Hakuba Norikura. The red and yellow autumn leaves captivated me many times. By the way, some parts on the boardwalk to Tenguppara were under construction. There were some signs saying not to step on the rotting timber.

18092903_tsugaikeToday’s best scenery was the autumn leaves that I looked down from the middle of the eastern slope of Mt. Hakuba Norikura. I could have a distant and wide view of the autumn leaves, which really impressed me. I didn’t sweat a lot though I went up the steep slope thanks to the chilly air and the gentle breeze.

18092904_tsugaikeAs I climbed further the eastern slope, it also got covered with clouds like the way between the entrance of the trail and Tenguppara. However, as I reached around the top, the clouds disappeared and the blue sky appeared again.

18092905_tsugaikeLeaves of Chinguruma turned red around Hakuba Oike, which made the sight with rocks and Haimatsu (creeping pine) more beautiful. I heard over 20 people around Hakuba Oike Sanso talking about the strong typhoon No.24, which would hit Japan on Sep. 30. I hope this beautiful autumn leaves won’t be damaged by the strong wind and heavy rain.
