Tsugaike Nature Park / Cloudy & Rainy2018.Aug.30
An autumnal rain front has been stationary over Japan since Aug.27 (Sat). The sky was overcast and there were no sunshine so, it was really cool with the temperature at +18°C in Tsugaike Nature Park this morning. I saw many people wearing long-sleeved shirts or jackets.

There were lots of Iwashobu blooming between Mizubasyo Marsh and Ukishima Marsh. However, most of them were light pink (in the photo) or red, and I rarely saw white ones. I also found many Sirane-ninjin and Oyama-rindo. Some yachi-torikabuto were still blooming although they were generally getting over.

The grass were rapidly changing color in Ukishima Marsh. I could only found flowers of Iwashobu and leaves of Dakekanba around the marsh were turning yellow and I felt the sign of autumn in the air.

Leaves of some Nanakamado were turning red. I saw some trees bearing red fruits while leavers were still green. I also found fruits of Takeshimaran, Obasunoki, and Akamono near the ground.

Leaves looked still green overall around Watasuge Marsh. It started to rain around 10:35 a.m. but stopped in a few minutes. However, it began to rain again in real earnest later. People passing me were walking under umbrellas or wearing rain jackets.
