The temperature is high at the mountain foot recently. The sunshine was strong at the mountain but the temperature at the visitor center was low as +19°C at 8:00 a.m.! Kobaikeisou, from Mizubasho Marsh to Ukishima Marsh, were already out of bloom, and instead Nikkoukisuge were in full bloom in the marshes.

Especially in Ukishima Marsh, many Nikkoukisuge were in bloom and I could walk around the marsh enjoying the contrast of yellow and green. Watasuge were also in bloom near a bench at the entrance of the marsh. There were only few people in the morning because of a weekday, and I could enjoy the view all to myself.

Nikkoukisuge were also increased in Watasuge Marsh and many people were attracted to the flowers that bloom along the boardwalk. When I stood in the north-side of the marsh, the view of Hakuba Sanzan and the marsh was wonderful!

Speaking of other flowers, Momijikaramatsu (in photo) were in full bloom throughout the nature park. Kurumayuri were also started to bloom in some places and I could find them easily because the orange flowers were stand out. Gozentachibana were in bloom after Kusukawa River, and I found Tsumatorisou and Akamono between Ukishima Marsh and Mousen-ike Pond.

The temperature rose as time passed and it became very hot and I took short rest many times. By the way, Tsugaike Panorama Way will start the operation at 7 a.m. in weekdays from July 17 (Tue) to Aug. 17 (Fri). The guests started to increase at 9:30 a.m.
