Tsugaike Nature Park / Rainy2017.Jun.25
“Mizubasho Festival” was held 3 days from June 23 to 25. The snow was covered almost all the marsh at June 19 but it melted fast and Mizubasho was in full bloom after 4 days. The rain was falling lightly and covered by the fog this morning.

The number of Mizubasho was more than expected and I released the shutter frequently. The peak of Mizubasho at this marsh will be this 3 days. At the slow part of snow melting and Watasuge Marsh, you may enjoy until the beginning of July.

After 10 a.m., the park started to crowd with the customers wearing the rainwears. The snow was also melting fast at Watasuge Marsh and Mizubasho are staring to bloom.

The mochi-tsuki event was held inside Tsugaike Sanso Hut because of the rain. The lottery was also held at Visitor center and tone chime concert was held at the summit station of ropeway.

The small bridge was built over Kusugawa and it was comfortable to walk. But the snow remained much more from here and follow the pink ribbons as the marks until Tenbo Marsh. The wet stones and boardwalk were very slippery so I walked carefully.
