We have two straight fine days in this weekend. The first ropeway was full and almost people went climbing up to Hakuba Oike Big Pond and Mt. Hakuba. Tenbou Marsh is one of the most scenic points in Tsugaike Nature Park and I hurried to the view deck in the marsh. As I expected, the great peaks welcomed me in the clear summer sky.

The wooden paths which lead halfway between Mousen-ike Pond and Tenbou Marsh had been extended and improved until the last summer, so just a 10-minute-walk takes you to Tenbou Marsh from the end of the paths. It enables us to reach Tenbou Marsh and Yase-one faster than ever and gives a easy trek.

In the marshes, the number of Iwashobu (Photo), a flower of late-Summer and early-Fall, had increased greatly. I found Oyamarindou, Miyamaakinokirinsou and Yachitorikabuto as well earlier than usual. In the part before Tenbou Marsh which had remaining snow for longer time than other areas, flowers of high Summer such as Iwaichou and Shiraneninjin were blooming.

From 8:30 to 9:30 a.m, the clouds rose up rapidly and hid the mountain ridges. Around that time, more and more people came trekking in the park, especially families.

In Mizubasho Marsh, Teteyamaazami (Photo) and Dainichiazami increased their number. In the middle part of the marsh, Onishigama was in its peak. Besides, there were many Sarashinashou in the middle part.
