It was a calm sunny day. Mt. Jigatake (in photo) and Mt. Kashima-yarigatake stood out in the western sky. It was warm today, and I saw people unzipping jackets, opening ventilation, or wearing hoodies even in the morning.

On the other hand, trees were covered with rime in the area along Course 10, the upper area of 1-A and 5-A. Course 1-A was groomed finely but the granular snow was hard at the beginning. However, the steep slope at the bottom was melting, getting a lot of sunshine.

While, the 5-A, which faces to the north, was firm but ‘not granular’, and in a good condition. I’d like to ride down many times, using No.5 Pair. Kurosawa Slope, which faces to the northwest, was granular, but well-groomed and my edges worked well and I enjoyed skiing comfortably.
