Alps Daira was shrouded in fog. It was a nice day without wind, unlike yesterday, though fine dry snowflakes were swirling. It got cold again and trees were covered with rime and the fog at the middle and upper area of the ski area made the view fantastic.
[Grand Prix Course]
Grand Prix and Panorama Course were nicely firm and flat. I enjoyed making turns on the 2-3cm of light new snow. By the way, the southern half of Grand Prix Course was restricted to enter due to an event, “RED BULL EDGE IN HAKUBA GORYU”.

Dynamics and Woody Course were firm. As I reached the lower area of Woody, the visibility got better. Toomi Slope was well-groomed and nicely firm. At Escal Plaza, “43th Hakuba Goryu Snow Festival” is going to be held tonight.

Powder Snow Corse and Soft Cream Course were nicely firm. My edges worked well, and I enjoyed gaining speed. “16th Kan Mt.Fuji Ski Technical Competition” was held at Straight Whiskey Course. I saw many skiers warming-up and preparing for the competition in the morning.
