The snow was weak, and the blue sky was peeping and the light sun sometimes came in. The hilltop (pictured) is fluffy with light fresh snow about 15 cm on the undulations of moderately tight wet snow. The board hardly sank and the turn was easy to cut, and I felt it was much slippery than it looked.

A mother from Yamanashi Prefecture said, “I came to slip with my family. I have been living in a villa in Yamanashi Prefecture for a long time while teleworking so as not to get infected with the COVID-19. My son (pictured) has been in elementary school since spring.” The moderately compacted yeast slope was in very slippery powder snow conditions.

Due to the strong cold and snowfall since the night before, the south slope, downhill course, sunny valley course, and big burn are all in powder snow conditions, just like the East! I was able to repeat the turn comfortably even on the South slope (pictured). By the way, the “21-22 YONEX test drive event” will be held in front of SkyArc from 9 o’clock on 2/11 (Thursday).

Also, in front of White Plaza, the “BC Telemark Test Ride” will be held from 9:30 on 2/11 (Thursday) this week (* Advance reservation required, limited to the first 50 people, free participation).Prior to that, test drive events (photos) for dealers were held today and tomorrow.
