It’s been warm like March since the night before last. It was foggy like yesterday morning in the upper area. The compacted snow was firm in Hiedayama Rinkan Course. It was wet in the lower area and sleety around No.4 station.

Skiers from Australia made a pose for the photo. There were some big firm bumps on the non-compacted snow in Hiedayama Course1. I skied down carefully in the upper part as the visibility was poor.

The fog was clearing up while I skied down the lower part of Hiedayama1 (pictured). The surface snow was soft and nice. Itadaira Course was in a similar condition, although there were some bumps placed irregularly.

My skis were sometimes stuck in the soft, wet, compacted snow in Ikenota Slope. The snow layer was partially thin in the upper area but it was okay. “We’re looking forward to your Facebook posts! We arrived this morning and we’ll stay at Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba tonight.”, three snowboarders (pictured) from Kyoto said.
