Iwatake is still busy on every weekend except for rainy days even after Obon Holiday. The gondola will be open 30 minutes earlier than usual on weekends from Sep. 18 (Sat) to Nov. 14 (Sun) and on Sep. 20 (Mon) in the autumn peak season. Now, more and more activities and facilities are being opened in Iwatake, so we will show you about them which were not on reports before this time. (*Shooted on Sep. 12 (Sun) )

At Hakuba Iwatake MTB PARK, e-Bike which will give a comfortable ride to even beginners are rentable (Photo, JPY1,000 per 30 minutes, Helmet included). You can enjoy riding in totally 3 courses of Komorebi Trail, Mountain Cycling and E-BIKE Course after finishing your application at the guide center in the summit area. By the way, “Super Dual Slalom SDS”, a MTB event, will be held on Sep. 26 (Sun).

“SORATOBU”, a new virtual activity which will take you to a sky trip with the VR goggles for 4 minutes and 29 seconds including a tutorial, is available at the eat-in space in HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR. I found a child happily moving his body while watching the VR movie (Photo, JPY1,000 per play).

At “Hakuba Deli” in Sky Ark, you can enjoy meals for yourself and also your pets with your lovely buddies at the 18 pet-friendly seats. The menus can be chosen from “Soup Rice with Chicken Breast Strips and Vegetables” (Photo, JPY650 / 90g), Steamed Chicken Breast Strips and Vegetables” (JPY400-) and “Steamed Chicken Breast Strips” (JPY350-, 50g, 80g, 160g).
