In Hakuba after 8/17 (Saturday), the weather continues to break on weekdays and clear on weekends. This weekend was particularly sunny on weekends, and the summit of Iwatake was very popular with tourists. In the morning, I got off the gondola and stopped at the Northern Alps Observatory, and then headed to HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR.

Although the temperature rose during the day, there was always a southerly wind, so I felt it was easy to spend despite the strong sunlight.
Hakuba-dake (pictured) and Nifuchi-no-Nada were hopefully close through the white clouds, and I was overwhelmed by their power and beauty and stood for a while.

HAKUBA MOUNTAIN HARBOR (pictured) around 9:30 is almost full. “Shinshu Wine Summit in Hakuba Iwatake 2019” will be held from 9/14 (Sat.) to 9/16 (Mon.) while enjoying the spectacular view, and “Layer Mada SPECIAL LIVE” will be held on 9/15 (Sun) Will be.

The CITY BAKERY menu can be taken out, so you can enjoy it at the “Picnic Lounge” (pictured) where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the south side, and at the “Mori Terrace” where the shade of the trees is pleasant. Both of them were OK with their pets, and there were some people taking a break with their pet dog.

MTB PARK’s Alps downhill course is a long downhill that can be challenged even by MTB beginners with a height difference of 521m and a mileage of 6,900m. MTB rental is 2,000 yen / hour for hardtail and 3,000 yen / hour for full suspension.
There are also rentals of accessories, so you can play even if you visit by hand.
