Today was also a fine day with the strong sunlight. Lilies in Village Lily Garden were in full bloom, making beautiful contrast with the summer sky. Especially, the lilies of various colors were so wonderful in front of Akamatsu-no-mori Forest.

In the lower part of Paradise area, 5 kinds of lilies made colorful stripes. Pink and white lilies looked to pass the peak, but the red ones were very lively. Many buds of them were still remaining, so the garden will be more brilliant in a few days.

The sunlight made the lilies in Up Bahn more and more beautiful. The lower part has a gentle slope, so it is easy to walk around the garden. The temperature got 29 degrees around 11:00 a.m, but the red pine trees gave us comfortable shades in the forest.

Most of lilies in Summit Lily Garden had just put out the buds. They started to come out from the south part of the summit. These areas were not crowded with people, so I could take photos at my own pace.

The summit area commands the superb view of Northern Alps. People visited the view deck and took photos one after another. Mountains of Hakuba welcomed us with its magnificent figure today.
