Sukashiyuri (Asiatic) in Village Lily Garden is in almost full bloom. The orange and yellow lilies started to come out earlier than the others as soon as the garden was open, and now, welcomed us beautifully, especially along Rai Pair lift. We could enjoy the amazing carpets of lilies in the refreshing air in this morning.

The red and pink kinds of Sukashiyuri were still in early half-bloom. I found also some Hybrid Lilies with sweet scent. The sky was overcast today and the sunlight was blocked off, so I could take a walk comfortably.

Each Sukashiyuri in Paradise Area got in bloom at the different pace. Orange lilies passed their best but red-orange, yellow, red and pink liles were in lively bloom. White lilies would be come out fully after several days.

I climbed up to the summit by the gondola. Only few lilies were blooming here, but we could see the grand view of Northern Alps. By the way, much less snow was remaining on the ridge of the mountains than usual.

You can see and buy many kinds of lilies at the lily market in the mountain foot. Popular lilies are yellow ones, such as Tiny Bee, Malesco and Sandew (JPY500). Albufeira, a pink lily (Sukashiyuri, JPY500), has also many fans.
