Happo-one / Cloudy2017.Jul.14

17071501It was sunny around JR Hakuba station at 7:00 a.m, but the peaks of Northern Alps were behind the clouds. After the gondola and lifts, it was still foggy in the upper part around Happo-ike Sanso Hut…. The sunlight was blocked off and the mist was cool, so I could climb up comfortably.

17071502At around 9:30 a.m, I felt the warm sunlight on my back and I could see the blue sky through the breaks of clouds. I found Nikkokisuge everywhere from Usagidaira to Happo Cairn.

17071503There was still remaining snow in the upper Broadwalk and we walked on the snow for about 15 meters long. The snow was getting melting and slippy, and the ends of snow was very thin, so we needed to walk there carefully.

17071504I saw Yagurumasou, Ibukijakousou, Tegatachidori along Ridge Trail. Around Broadwalk, there were Yamautsubogusa, Ezoshiogama, Yotsubashiogama (Photo) as well. Besides, I found a flower and buds of Chishimajikyou near Cairn No.3.

17071505When I arrived at Happo-ike Pond, many people took photos in front of the pond, such as a group from Tokyo. After that, it got foggy again and the visibility became so poor.
