Tsugaike Kogen / △40cm / Cloudy2019.Dec.26

19122601_tsugaikeThe soft sunlight reaching over the thin clouds was blocked by thick clouds around 8 o’clock. Gotenba Forest Road Course is now available for skiing. Since the second pair has not moved yet, go to the Gotenba Forest Road Course from the gondola summit station, bypassing the Tsugaike Ropeway Sanroku Station and crossing the lower part of the Tsuga-no-Mori slope (photo).

19122602_tsugaikeAt the time of the interview, high school students from Aichi Prefecture were taking group lessons as ski training. The lower course without asphalt was leveled by a snowmobile and was almost flat. Without slipping on the board, I was able to slide safely to the Hannoki high-speed pair platform.

Two members of the Dokkyo University Athletic Association Ski Club, who had been practicing from an early time, said, “I will be training camp from yesterday to tomorrow.”

19122604_tsugaikeAlong the Hannoki High Speed Pair, snow compacted only at the end of the race. No noticeable roughness was observed not only in the compacted snow area but also in the non-compacted snow area. It was easy to slide on dry snow that was shaved by turns on a moderately tightened base.
