19030201_tsugaikeWe finally started the operation of Tsugaike Ropeway! It was cold because of radiative cooling but it became warmer around 8:30. And if you get on the ropeway, you need to have hiking registrations and 1〜2mins lecture at Sanroku Station or Sancho Station.

19030202_tsugaikeFour people from Nagano said, “We always read your reports! We are heading to Kazafuki Oike over Tenguhara for one day trip.” The forest road from Sancho Station to the visitor center was nice to walk.

19030203_tsugaikeThe skunk cabbage wetland were a little bit hard with 1〜2cm fresh snow and good for walking. “We always read your reports! We will go to Hakuba Yari Hot spring!” A guide of back country skiing. We could see the view of Japan North Alps against the blue sky in Tsugaike Nature Park.

19030204_tsugaikeThe burns in Tsuganomori became muddy around 9:30, and more muddy as sliding down Hannoki and Shirakaba. “We always enjoy your reports!” a sisters from Aichi said. “Wow, are you stuck for this photo?” we asked. “We are really getting along well!” they talked to us.
