Tsugaike Kogen / ◎280cm / Sunny2018.Mar.30
Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are the last weekend in this season which we can ski the all courses. From Apr. 2 (Mon) to May. 6 (Sun), 4 lifts will be available; gondola, ropeway, Tsuga No.2 Pair and Han-no-ki High Speed Pair. As long as there is enough snow to ski, it’s available to ski from Han-no-ki, thorugh Karamatsu to the gondola base station.

Anyway, how long does it keep sunny? The sky was blue, and we could ski fast at the firm slopes of Tsuga-no-mori and along Han-no-ki high Speed Pair in the early morning.
[Han-no-ki]
As I skied down, the surface of the snow started to melt at the middle of Han-no-ki. Especially at the steep slope with much sunlight and the last part, the snow had was slushy and soft. The visitors came late, so the slopes were kept fresh and I could make turns as I imagined.
[Han-no-ki]
Shirakaba was also soft corn snow. At the entrance of Rindo Course, from the last part of Han-no-ki to Shirakaba, nets were set up to defend someone from falling to snow hole but it’s still available to ski. By the way, Champion wasn’t groomed.
