The sea of clouds were beautiful early in the morning at the east. It was cool in the early morning but it was windless and the sunshine was warm and it became balmy weather at around 8 a.m.

The view of Hakuba Sanzan was amazing from the top of the ski area. The groomed Tsuga-no-mori was very firm but the edges worked well and I could ski comfortably. There were waiting line in the first ropeway with the visitors going to backcountry and mountain climbing.

The slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair was groomed firm. The slope from the middle to the end was nicely soft because of the sunshine. The skis were running well and I could make turns as I imagined.

Han-no-ki HIT PARK was opened at 8:30 a.m. and many riders entered one after another. I could try the items easily because they were maintained nicely and the snow was soft. 2 ladies from Toyama Pref. and Matsumoto City gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports! Please take the photos.” Han-no-ki HIT PARK will open until April 1 (Sun) and move up to Tsuga-no-mori from April 2 (Mon).
