It was fine morning. Although the temperature was -14 degrees, I spent comfortably after the opening, thanks to the sunshine. The slope was groomed well and I saw some people went to back-country from the top of the ski slope.

It was in good condition to ski on the widely groomed part of Tsuga-no-mori because the snow was nicely soft. The edges bit the snow well and I could take large and short turns as I imagined. Then more and more people took Tsuga No.2 Pair.

The beginning of Han-no-ki was moderately soft. At the steep slope from the middle to the bottom parts were a little bit firm and many people skied fast there. Then it got warmer and it was comfortable.

There remained corduroy patterns on the slope of Maruyama even at 9:30 a.m.. The slope was wide and nicely firm, so I could make turns easily. It was in good condition to practice for skiing.
