Tsugaike Kogen / ◎320cm / Snowy2018.Feb.06
Dry snow was falling without wind. There were many international visitors aiming for powder snow at Tsuga No.2 Pair. They dropped-in to “TSUGA POW DBD” after got off the lift. The softly groomed Tsuga-no-mori was covered with fluffy 5 cm fresh snow and I could ski comfortably.

There were about 25 cm fresh snow on the non-groomed area and the floating feeling was amazing! Many people were shouting with joy! Only few people were riding along Tsuga No.1 Pair and fresh snow remained even 30 minutes after open.

It was a fantastic view at the upper part of the ski area with white trees and sky! The groomed slope was nicely soft. The groomed slope at the middle of Han-no-ki was nicely firm and the forest course was soft and flat.

The last part of Uma-no-se was rough but 20 cm fresh snow was dry so I could enjoy floating feeling. The groomed Shirakaba was covered with 5 cm fresh snow and got rough because of many ski tracks. There was about 20 cm fresh snow on the non-groomed area at the side of the course. Many people were skiing there and already filled with ski tracks at 9 a.m.
