Snow was falling continuously from yesterday. Large flakes of snow was falling at the bottom but it became small and dry at the upper part of the ski area. Very strong wind was blowing at the upper area and some places of snow were blew away by the wind and the firm run was exposed. There were about 15 cm fresh snow in a snowdrift.

3 people from Mie Pref. and Tokyo Pref gave the watchword, “We always enjoy your report!” Though the strong wind was blowing, they were enjoying snow condition which is good for late March. The wind became weak because of the trees at both side of the course in the run along Han-no-ki High Speed Lift. The run was nicely firm and flat and I could ski comfortably.

Thick fog covered from the middle to last part of Han-no-ki and visibility was low and 10 cm fresh snow on the run was damp. Corn snow and fresh snow, until yesterday, was mixed and groomed at the run of Maruyama and 7 cm heavy fresh snow was covered the nicely firm run.

Fresh snow was also mixed at both Karamatsu and Oya-no-hara. The fresh snow became more wet than Maruyama and it was slushy. Though it was a weekday, the area was crowded with families and children taking lessons of ski school.
