The clouds hanging over the mountain blocked off the sunlight and it was blowing a cold wind, so I felt chilly in this morning. A group of the ski club of Ritsumeikan University gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!” It was snowing lightly just after the opening, but stopped soon.
[Tsuga-no-mori]
Tsuga-no-mori was groomed widely and firm well. Some parts were hard, but edges of my skis worked well, so I could make sharp turns again and again.

When I came to the slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair, the snow was a little softer and the slope was in good condition. I met a father and his child from Shizuoka Pref. They said they would stay in Tsugaike until the end of these 3 straight holidays.

The snow was changing into corn snow as I skied down. We had the sunlight and could see the blue sky in Maruyama. The slope was nicely soft and still flat, so I thought I would like to ski there more by Maruyama No.1 Quad (727m). By the way, Helicopter Skiing & Snowboarding will start on Mar. 18 (Sat)!
