Tsugaike Kogen / ◎380cm / Snowy2017.Mar.09

We have had good snowfall in these days. There was 20cm fresh snow in the ungroomed area of Tsuga-no-mori and the snow fallen until yesterday was remained soft as well. Therefore, we could enjoy totally over 40cm powdery snow this morning!

“We check your website three times a day! We finally find you!”, people from Hyogo Pref. greeted cheerfully to me. The groomed area was nicely firm and covered with 7－8cm fresh snow.

The slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair was nicely firm and flat. There was also about 12cm fresh snow on the slope and the snow spray was raised every time people turned. The good snow brought by the cold wave makes the condition of the ski area much better.

When I skied down to Shirakaba, the run got harder than in the upper parts. However, the 10－15cm fresh snow was in good condition. Especially, the lower steep slope in the north side was good for enjoying fluffy snow, where I met people from Yokohama City who gave me the watchword.
