Sugadaira Kogen / ◎145cm / Sunny & Cloudy2022.Feb.13
Today was the final day of the three-day weekend. It was cloudy with a gentle western breeze. I saw two members of Ueda Ski Club. “I’m looking forward to your posts! I’m preparing for the Ski Technical Championships (pictured left), and she supports me. I’d love to try SAVREQ.”, one of them said.
[Urataro Schi Heil]
SAVREQ is a high-quality 4K camera (pictured). It’s like an advanced version of Gereroku. It can shoot skiers automatically with AI while capturing the whole slope. It’s been installed on Urataro Schi Heil since Feb.10, and you can get your video for free until the end of February. It’s also installed on Hinode Slope until Feb.14 (Mon). (※Click here for details.)
[Stage1 Station]
Wet powder snow was firmly groomed on Urataro Schi Heil (pictured). Powder snow was nicely groomed on Urataro Family East and West, too. Ura Davos Wave and Heart-no-Mori, which were covered with firm wet groomed snow, were crowded with families.

My ski edges gripped the wet snow well on the groomed run of Shirogane Schwarts (pictured), and I enjoyed making big turns. The slope started to get busy around 9:30, and there was about a 2~3-minute wait at Stage3 station.
