Kurohime Kogen / ◎90cm / Snowy2021.Dec.30
The officially announced snow amount finally reached 90cm deep thanks to the good snowfall from Dec. 26 (Sun) to Dec. 28 (Tue). It started to snow again from last night until noon on Dec. 30 (Thu). In Kurohime One Coin Park (Photo), a 1.3km long gentle slope, I could see families with kids enjoying themselves there.
KUROHIIME FAMILY PARK (Photo) was also crowded with families. A mother from Nagano City who was playing with her children (Photo) said, “My relatives came back for the first time in these two years from Saitama Prefecture finally, so we are enjoying skiing together. However, the kids seems to prefer playing with snow than skiing!”

The groomed slopes of Karamatsu Course, Shinanoki Course (Photo), Cosmos Course and Flower Course were nicely firm and covered with 5-10cm fresh snow. The off-piste areas such as Shirakaba Course and Lerch Course had 30cm deep fluffy fresh snow.

The snow was letting up at around the noon and we could see the blue in the north east sky. Kurohime One Coin Park (Photo) was still keeping its good condition of the nicely soft and flat slope. By the way, I parked my car in No.6 Parking Area because No.1 & No.2 Parking Area was already full in the morning.
