Course 5-A, which had clean snow compactly, was extremely slippery in the powdered snow condition, which was moderately tight from top to bottom. Two people from the local Omachi city said, “I’m always watching! It’s my first time to take a pose.” After shooting, they slid down course 5-B, where a large bump was stuck.

The weather became calm and clear with some clouds. Although it cooled down first in the morning due to radiant cooling, I could not feel cold due to the warmth of the sunshine. Kurosawa slope was able to comfortably repeat the turn in the same condition as the 5-A. Ipponbuna Downhill Course of non-compact snow had irregular undulations. However, it was not hard, and the bush almost disappeared, so I could slide with confidence.

The first quad started service at 9:00 with a 30 minute delay for maintenance. Course 1-A of compacted snow was moderately tight powdery and slippery condition. By the way, “Skiboard Festival” will be held on Jan, 25 (Sat) and Jan, 26 (Sun). Participation fee is free, but “Skiboarder” is a condition of participation. * Participation by rental or test board O.K

Course 1-C was non-compact snow. The snow was soft and slippery, although yesterday’s spur remained. A couple from Azumino said, “I came to practice after resting in kindergarten because my five-year-old grandson wants to be able to slide with her sister.”
