The weather was calm and sunny. I enjoyed skiing at high speed on Course 1-A, which was nicely firm. I saw some children among advanced skiers who turned make long turns from early in the morning.

Course1-C was nicely firm as well and my skis ran well. On the other hand, I saw beginners having a difficult time with that. It was “Ski Children’s Day”, which is set on the third Sunday of each month, today. There were more children than usual and Chuo Area was filled with a friendly atmosphere.

Ippon Buna was just nicely firm and the ski edges cut into snow well. There were some snowballs, however, it didn’t disturb skiing. Advanced skiers rode down one after another, using No.6 Quad. Rough snow appeared around 12:00 as a result of carving. It worked like a cushion, which made the course in good condition.

Shimashika Kids Park was not so crowded in the early morning though it was Sunday. However, the number of people ‘gradually’ increased. The exclusive area was well-prepared and firm and even sled can go at high speed. More and more family arrived and it got crowded around 10 am.
