Kashimayari / ○60cm / Snowy2017.Dec.23
No.1 Quad, No.5 Pair and No.7 Pair Lift have started working and Course 1-A, 5-A, Maruyama Slope are now open! It was snowing in the morning, however, it calmed down and fell lightly. And clouds moved from the east after the opening.
[Course 1-A]
Course 1-A was well-groomed and there was evenly about 5cm of wet new snow. The foundation was nicely firm and I enjoyed making my way through the new snow. Skier’s right side of the ending area of the steep slope was groomed wide of three piste crawlers.
[Course 1-A]
There was about 5cm of new snow on the Course 5-A, which was well-groomed and nicely firm. I was able to ski down smoothly and enjoyed turning as freely as I wanted. There were high bushes in some places, however it didn’t disturb skiing.
[Course 5-A]
Each course got rough as a lot of tracks were left. There were not many people early in the morning. However, many families and groups arrived at around 9:30 and the slope got crowded.
