It snowed lightly and began to accumulate at Kashima and Kurosawa Slope which were available. Many skiers were skiing down Kurosawa Slope just after the opening at 8:00 am, while Kashima Slope was empty. More snowboarders began to come to Kawashima Slope around 9:00 am.

Both Kurosawa and Kashima Slope were well-prepared and nicely firm. I was able to ski down smoothly. Some advanced skiers were running down at high speed and turning lightly again and again from the starting. There were also novice snowboarders from foreign countries. The slope had a pleasant atmosphere.

Snow Park along No.3 Quad was well-compacted and I saw various stylish tricks. You can make an entry in any of 4 items according to your level and preference.

“Murasaki Sports” in Central Plaza 1130 is opened from 8:00 a.m. every day. One of the hot items this season is overall typed bib-pants which are affordable, costing about 30,000 JPY. “BONX Grip” (14,630 JPY, tax-excluded), a head set used with a smart phone, is also recommended. You can enjoy hands-free conversation with your mates by using a special app. Of course, some standard items, including gloves, caps, googles, are available as well.
