Kashimayari / ◎180cm / Cloudy & Sunny2017.Jan.27
At around 10:00 a.m. when I came to Chuo Area, the sky was overcast and it sometimes blew a strong wind. While the lifts in the upper parts of each ski area in HAKUBA VALLEY suspended the operation because of the gale, all lifts were open on schedule in Kahsimayari. We hardly had the sunlight, but I felt much warmer than the temperature.
[Course 2: Kurosawa]
The groomed slope of Kurosawa was nicely firm and good to ski. The area was already crowded with groups taking skiing lessons. The sky in the east was always lightening, so I expected that it would be better…,
[Course 2: Kurosawa]
All lifts in Chuo Area and No.6 Quad were closed because of the strong wind at 11:00 a.m. As of 1:00 p.m, only No.8 Pair in Nakatsuna Area is open. Course 5-A which was available in the morning was in good condition, so I heard some people regretting.
[Course 5-A]
In Nakatsuna Action Park, I saw snowboarders trying the items one after another. There are not only rails, boxes and kickers, but also Pudding Bowl, Banks and Steel Ball, so we can enjoy various riding there!!
