Hakuba Iwatake / ○160cm / Cloudy2019.Mar.19

19031901_iwatakeIt’s now less than two weeks until the last day of this season and the spring season discount has started from yesterday, on Mar. 18. It was a calm and an ideal day for spring skiing and snowboarding with nice view of the North Alps. But early in the morning, the cloud covered the sun and the ski area was shadowed by them often.
[South]
19031902_iwatakePowder snow and corn snow was mixed and groomed firm at South. The skis were running and it was easy to ski there. The sunlight was weak, so the temperature was not rising rapidly and the good condition was kept for long time.
[South]
19031903_iwatakeThe condition of East was good as of South. There are mogul lanes along 4sen East, and the bumps were small and firm, so it was good condition to practice.
[East]
19031904_iwatakeThe sun started to shine for long time from 9:30 a.m.. Powder snow and corn snow was mixed and groomed firm also at VIEW C & D. Sunny Valley Course and Paradise had less corn snow feeling and groomed firm. Some parts had ground color, but I could ski down to the gondola bottom station without damaging the skis.
