Hakuba Iwatake /○120cm / light cloud2019.Jan.12

19011201_iwatakeIt became a calm first day of three days holiday with cloudy weather. Many visitors who started early  got off gondolas and soon went to the wide & flat South Slope. It was a moderately tightened burn and it was impressive how the person took speed and steadily stepped in the 5-line South.

19011202_iwatakeAnd DC park opened at north slope from 9 o’clock! Guests from Tokyo and Matsumoto-shi, Nagano Prefecture said “I am always watching, I will challenge the park from now”!  Maintenance is comfortable from the first day, with a full lineup of 15 items in all.

19011203_iwatakeAlso, from today, the lift will start moving Hill top and Sawa course will be able to glide! HakubaIwatake Snowfield has become “mostly capable of sliding (= more than 50% skiing possible)”. Visitors entered the Suwa course that was cleanly squeezed and moderately tightened, and it was enough to wait a few minutes for the  lift.

19011204_iwatakeThe Sunny Valley course and the paradise slope are tightened well, Bush is almost gone, I was able to slide with confidence. Even after that visitors have steadily passed, as of 10 o’clock, the first parking lot is about 80% filled.
