Snow fluttered in the parking area at 7:30 a.m., and just after service opening, it snowed heavily around at the gondola summit station. Despite no maintenance yesterday, it was good condition to slide in the North as it was groomed nicely and there was no rough area and bush.

Having said that, it was dangerous to speed up in North and the middle of VEIW C as visibility was poor because of the snow and fog. “This is the last day of our training camp at the start of a season. There are not so many courses to ski, but we had a good time to train!” The skiing club team of Komazawa University talked to us.

We came out of the gas around the middle to final stage of VEIW C. It has not been groomed in the whole area of VEIW C, so it was nice condition in the start to middle stage but there were hard snow areas some bushes in final stage.

It had got colder gradually because of the north wind in the afternoon. It has also not been compacted in East. But there were many people from the beginners to seniors enjoying skiing and snowboarding on the flat and nice course.
