Iwatake/ ◎180cm / Snowy2018.Jan.23

18012301_iwatakeI went to HIKAGE B to enjoy the powder snow. I felt firm foundation but I could enjoy the powder run with 25 cm of fluffy powder snow! Because of weekend and HIKAGE A & B is not easy to access compare to other courses, so only few people were skiing there and fresh powder snow remained even at 10:30 a.m..
[HIKAGE B]
18012302_iwatakeThe snow was falling heavily from last noon to this morning. At around 10:00 a.m. strong wind started to blow from the Northern Alps. The well groomed slopes of East and South were flat and nicely soft and I could ski comfortably.
[East]
18012303_iwatakeSkiing was easy at moderately firm Gezan Course. Some placecs of Sunny Valley Course were bit hard but it didn’t disturb skiing I could make turns easily.
[Sunny Valley Course]
18012304_iwatakeThe snow fall became bit wet at Paradise and Big Bahn. Paradise was bit rough because of many ski tracks. The weather forecast said that it will be snow until Friday. Let’s hope for more powder snow!
