The wind didn’t blow and the sun was shining, so I felt comfortable in the morning. When I took off the gondola and started skiing, I became excited with nicely firm and flat slope. The distance view of village was beautiful and many people took pictures before skiing.
[Gezan Course]
4 people from Tokyo and Kanagawa gave me the watchword, “We always see your reports! Today, I met the friends for the first time in 4 years. We come to Iwatake today and will go to Tsugaike tomorrow.” When I skied to the bottom, the slope got stiff around the summit station of Chuou Kousoku Lift. At Sunny Valley, thanks to granular snow, the stiff foundation got better and it was in good condition to ski.
[Gezan Course]
“VAAM presents Gouta Miura ski camp” is held for today and tomorrow. 20 people (mainly from Tokyo) joined the camp to develop their level of ski, not only mogul. The instructors were Gouta Miura, Moriyoshi Hashimoto and Kenro Shimoyama.

At first, all participants skied South, then they were divided into 3 groups and started lessons. Gouta Miura taught for elementary school students. The lessons of moguls began at 13:00. The lane was set on the skier’s right at the upper part of Paradise.
