“Early Morning First Track Cat Tour” was held today. There were 7 participants and two of them are from Australia. We got in to the snowcat from the back door and the snowcat ride up from Paradise, Sunny Valley Course and Gezan to Sky Arc in about 25 minutes.
[Paradise]
No wind was blowing but the air was chilly and the eastern sky grew brighter gradually. The course was open after the safety check and the grooming cars were finished descending. Available courses are same as the snowcat ascended. So participant were waiting inside Sky Arc and a drink was served for free.
[Gezan]
The participants were taking photos and walking around before skiing. The Northern Alps was very beautiful when they turn to orange just after the sunrise. And I was relish the real pleasure of early morning mountain.
[VIEW C]
The slope was in wonderful powder snow condition, thanks to the strong chill. The condition was unchanged to the bottom and I enjoyed the first track fully. The tour cost 3,000JPY (Adults & Child) and reservation (0261-72-2474) is required by 1 p.m. of the day before. And also, “Night Cruise Tour (4,000JPY/person)” is now accepting reservations.
