A Happy New Year! It snowed from New Year’s Day. When I got off the gondola, it snowed a lot without wind. The visitors from Aichi prefecture gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!” In VIEW C and D, 3 centimeters of new snow on the moderately groomed slope. The view was clear so I could enjoy skiing comfortably.

East and South were also good condition as VIEW areas. However there was fog over the slope. In East, there were many groups taking a lesson or practicing with poles.

Gezan Course and Sunny Valley Course were well maintained. They were well groomed, so I could enjoy repeating turns. Today was the New Year’s Day, and many people talked to me or waved their hands. Thank you so much!

At 10:30, the snow got stronger at the bottom of slope. Paradise, the bottom of all ski slopes, was little hard. The No.1 car parking lot was almost full. At the gondola, there was a raw and it took about 10 minutes.
