The heavy rain in this early morning was getting abated gradually and we had the soft sunlight through thin fogs in the light rain. In East, there was 10cm damp fresh snow on the flat slope. My skis ran well, so I could enjoy riding comfortably.

South and Gezan Course was in the same condition, groomed slopes with 10cm fresh snow. However, the too damp snow made me slow down suddenly in some parts. When I skied into Sunny Valley Course, the slope got smooth and better. The clouds in the sky was moving fast, but it was blowing just a gentle wind in Mountain Side.

At around 10:30 a.m, the fogs broke up and the blue sky started to spread out. The temperature got higher and higher soon after the sunlight was cast and even I felt hot. The slope was not crowded because today is a rainy weekday.

Paradise was also soft. In Big Bahn, students were practicing skiing in formation toward Student Ski Competition (Demo) which will start on Feb. 26 (Sun). The slopes of Big Bahn and Up Bahn got rough already, but it did not matter to skiing thanks to the soft snow.
