The temperature was low this morning and the snow was dry. The students of Ritsumeikan University called me up and said that they were practicing for 3 days to get qualification of the ski. A man with yellow wear is captain of the ski team and said, “I will be appear in the report and finally my wish came true!”
[Gezan]
The groomed slope of Gezan was covered with 1-2 cm fresh snow and 20 cm fresh snow on non-groomed area at the side. There were about 40 cm fresh snow on the non-groomed run of Hilltop and I could enjoy the feel of floating. Only few people were skiing, so fresh snow remained even an hour after open.

The run of Gezan to Sunny Valley were nicely firm with 2 cm fresh snow on and I could ski comfortably. 20 cm fresh snow covered the non-groomed slope on skier’s left at start of Sunny Valley. Some beginners and intermediate skiers were enjoying the powder snow there.

Some Taiwanese were enjoying the sleds and tubing (500JPY per day) at TAKEKO PARK, next to the gondola base station. There were Snow Buggy Cruz (Adult: 1000JPY, Child: 500JPY) and Flying disc throw (12 throws, 500JPY) in the park.
