Iwatake / ◎210cm / Sunny & Cloudy2017.Feb.14

17021401_iwatakeIt was shining through thin clouds, and the blue sky appeared occasionally this morning. Thought it was freezing, the weather was good with little wind. I could see a beautiful corduroy pattern when I got off a gondola. A lot of people were enjoy taking gondola or 5sen South repeatedly.
[South]
17021402_iwatakeThe slope of South was well groomed to every corner, and also flat and nicely firm. The snow was in a fabulous powdery condition. I could use the edges comfortably and kept making turns as I wanted.

17021403_iwatakeFive people gave me the watchword, “We always check the reports.” They came from as far as Fukuoka Pref. and posed for the photo with joy, saying, “We were looking for you and could finally find!!” They looked as nice as the weather this morning.

17021404_iwatakeThe slopes of Gezan and Sunny Valley were also beautifully groomed, enough to enjoy skiing. The steep slope in the upper part of Paradise was a little hard and there were some snowballs, though it didn’t bother me.
