VIEW D, which has been open since Jan. 13 (Mon), is a gentle slope through trees, going outside of VIEW Area (Average degree 9°, Maximum degree 25°, 1,280m). I could enjoy cruising on the soft beginning part in the frosted trees.

When we ski down to the middle part, we could see the great view of Northern Alps. I found people stopped and took photos. We can ski there by View 2 (752m) and this long course is recommended to any people from beginners to experts.

The flat slope of South was groomed well and nicely firm, so my skis ran well. A couple from Kyoto gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!” and also said, “We will enjoy snowboarding in Iwatake today, Cortina tomorrow and finally Happo day after tomorrow!!”

During skiing to the bottom area, I felt the hard feel of snow in the middle part of Sunny Valley Course. Big Bahn was nicely firm and in good condition, but was not crowded this morning. I saw university students practicing skiing hardly.
