“BLASTRACK 2021-22 NEW MODELS TEST RIDE” is held beside Usagidaira Terrace. A staff on the right side of the photo talked, “One of the most recommended models in the next season is “BLAZE IT”. This is designed for backcountry skiing. It is really light, but still stiff enough to enjoy riding on the groomed slopes.”
[Usagidaira]
The area around Usagidaira Terrace was surrounded by the clouds at 8:00 a.m. (1st Photo), but the top area was over them and we could see the sea of clouds. The beginning part of Riesen Grat (Photo) was nicely soft with corn snow. The off-piste middle to bottom parts were covered with soft bumps of corn snow.

At around 9:00 a.m, we had the sunlight sometimes in Kurobishi, Usagidaira and Skyline Course (4th Photo). The groomed slope along Kurobishi No.2 Quad (Photo) was in soft and wet corn snow condition.
[Kurobishi]
My skis did not run well in the wet slopes of Skyline Course and Usagidaira. A regular skier (Photo) said, “I feel sad because Skyline Course will be closed tomorrow, although it still has enough snow.”
