Happo-one / ○215cm / Cloudy & Sunny2020.Feb.29
At 7:30a.m., when the business started, there was a cloud in front of the sun and there was almost no sunshine on the upper slopes. Before the opening, a long line was formed on the Alpen Quad, including a mountaineering group from Osaka Prefecture who applied the slogan “Always watching!”
[Panorama course]
In the early to middle stage of the compaction snow panorama course, powder snow tightened moderately, and in the end, artificial snow tightened well and it was easy to slip through one. Along the Kurobishi 2nd Quad (pictured) is a perfect flat slope where the powdered snow is moderately tightened. Three people who wrote a password from the lift ran down the sharp turn.
[Kurobishi slope]
The snow compaction route on the southern side of the Usagidaira slope was only stiff at the start, and it was in a good condition. There is less than 1 cm of fresh snow that fell last night on the consolidation part of the skyline course (pictured). As for the slope, it was easy for the powdered snow to tighten as well.
[Skyline Course]
The Kitaone No. 3 slope was comfortable with “moderately tight wet snow + thin fresh snow”. By the way, today, in front of Usagidaira Terrace, there will be a test drive event “VOLKL Demo Day” (free, from 9:00 to 14:00, ※ ID card) for the next ski model.
