Happo-one / ○180cm / Rainy & Snowy2020.Jan.23

20012301_happoWarm and moist air flows into a low pressure with a frontal line over Honshu, In Happo, the morning temperature was positive not only at the bottom of the ski resort but also at the top. In front of Usagidaira Terrace It was a sleet that was falling. There was heavy wet snow on the middle and upper part of the Usagidaira slope and on the Kurobishi slope (pictured).
[Kurobishi]

20012302_happoThere was fresh snow about 3cm on the flat slope along the moderately tight Kurobishi 2nd Quad. A condition where the board runs and the turn can be repeated as desired. However, with time The visibility was not so good because the snowfall became stronger and there was gas.
[Kurobishi]

20012303_happoAt first, the southern route of the Usagidaira slope where fresh snow about 2 cm on moderately compacted snow was slippery at first. When the spurs enter and started to get rough. Along the uncompacted alpine quad, fresh snow was about 5 cm on a moderately tight bump.

20012304_happoThe flat Panorama Course was easy to slide with “moderately compacted snow + fresh snow about 1cm”. In particular, the slope on the south side was less rough and I was able to ride comfortably. As I slipped down, it became a sleet in the middle of the course, and it rained at the bottom (photo).
